Lucinda Bazile works as a Deputy Director at LifeLong Medical Care, founded in 1996 with an estimated 1,063 employees. As Deputy Director, Lucinda is responsible for the development and strengthening of relationships with community partners and elected representatives at all levels of government in order to promote LifeLong’s services, collaborations, funding, and policy advocacy. Over the many years with LifeLong, Ms. Bazile has developed several programs and departments, including human resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), AmeriCorps, compliance, outreach, and marketing.

A renowned educator, Cynthia LeBlanc, Ed.D served as a teacher, principal, central office administrator, and superintendent for 36 years in several California Bay Area public schools. She retired from the West Contra Costa Unified School District in 2006. Cynthia LeBlanc, Ed.D is a native Californian and a resident of Richmond for thirty years.
Bethel Community Service
Raised in Richmond, Gregory has always had a heart for and been active in his community. In 2014, he started Bethel Community Service (BCS), an affiliate of Bethel Church in Richmond, where he is the Executive Director. BCS is a grassroots organization committed to providing young people STEM knowledge and skills required for success in education, work, their daily lives and encourages them to pursue STEM careers and degrees.
Kit Pappenheimer has been a school principal, and executive director, and leadership coach and brings her unique skills and experience to RCF Connects’ Board of Directors.
She holds aside a set amount of time for pro-bono work and serves as a caregiver and trainer for Zen Caregiving Project in San Francisco and Heartfelt Memorials, an online end-of-life service organization.

Stephanie joined the Lazarex Cancer Foundation as the CEO to continue her commitment to increasing access to health care and clinical trials. In this role, Stephanie brings her long-standing dedication to address health care disparities in underserved communities. In her previous leadership roles with John Muir Health, Public Health Institute, Planned Parenthood, La Clínica de la Raza, San Francisco General Hospital, and University of California, San Francisco she developed the knowledge to identify health care needs and disparities in the community with the goal of creating positive outcomes.
Jennifer Z. Clauson has 20+ years of experience helping organizations scale, increase impact and deliver a great customer experience. A long-term resident of Martinez, California, Jenn is passionate about working to create a healthy, equitable, and just community around her. She holds many years of community advocacy experience with influential organizations such as Planned Parenthood of Northern CA and Martinez Education Foundation.
