Loren Dalbert - Our Staff

Biographical Info

Loren Dalbert came to RCF Connects through his work for SparkPoint Contra Costa as a Lived Experience Consultant in Homelessness and quickly became an integral part of the RCF Connects team.  As a storyteller, possibility maker, and yes, now a program manager,  Loren brings a unique perspective to the Mobility LABs initiative.

Loren is a Richmond native and East Contra Costa resident. He is a health and human services professional with experience integrating workforce and homeless services at the systems level. His expertise includes mobilizing teams, building partnerships, implementing grants using human-centered design, analyzing and mapping systems, measuring social impact, and storytelling for change. Loren has outstanding strategic foresight with a high acuity for identifying points of leverage in social systems. His ability to inspire, develop, and lead community members, results in enhanced economic mobility outcomes and increased funding options.
