Meet Anela Barboza, PCC

Coach Anela

Anela Barboza, PCC (she/they/oia) is passionate about co-creating space for personal and collective development through the practices of Somatics. Anela’s perspective has been shaped by her living experience as a second generation diasporic kanaka maoli (Native Hawaiian), born and raised in a predominantly white, gentrified community in Northern California. She is deeply committed to creating balance within identity and cultural exploration, and blending our roots with our environment to move through personal transformation and healing. Outside of her work as a Somatic Coach, she is also a Craftsman, Co-Parent, and Community Organizer in Minneapolis, MN where she makes her home today. Learn more about Coach Barboza here: anelabarboza.com.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

From a recent client –
“Anela is a deep listener. Coaching just generally rocks. It’s a sounding board and added perspective.” – Embodied Leadership Coaching participant
