Meet Bidisha Banerjee, PCC

Coach Bidisha

Bidisha Banerjee, PCC (she/her) is an embodied leadership coach who supports clients to balance left-brain and right-brain ways of knowing. As a social ecologist, Bidisha brings a systems approach to interconnection, storytelling, and strategy and as a coach, she is grounded in breath-work, bodywork, creativity, and a trauma-sensitive approach to compassion. For five years, as a former founding Program Director for the Dalai Lama Fellows (which served 100+ emerging leaders in 30+ countries) Bidisha created the Heart, Head, and Hands curriculum and year-long coaching program which trained emerging leaders worldwide to connect with themselves, collaborate across differences, and work for our common humanity at the intersection of justice, peace, and ecology. Ami Bangla Boli. Mein Hindi bolti hoon. बोलती हूँ.
