Bidisha Banerjee, PCC (she/her) is an embodied leadership coach who supports clients to balance left-brain and right-brain ways of knowing. As a social ecologist, Bidisha brings a systems approach to interconnection, storytelling, and strategy and as a coach, she is grounded in breath-work, bodywork, creativity, and a trauma-sensitive approach to compassion. For five years, as a former founding Program Director for the Dalai Lama Fellows (which served 100+ emerging leaders in 30+ countries) Bidisha created the Heart, Head, and Hands curriculum and year-long coaching program which trained emerging leaders worldwide to connect with themselves, collaborate across differences, and work for our common humanity at the intersection of justice, peace, and ecology.
