Meet Iris Podschun, PCC

Iris

Iris Podschun, PCC (they/them)  has more than 20 years of non-profit leadership, including as an Executive Director. They love to support coaching participants to connect deeply with individual and collective resilience. They draw from their own practices with dance, reiki, and somatics, which is based in Aikido, a Japanese martial art. Iris is passionate about organizing in their own LGBTQIA2+ and white multi-class communities, and are always learning and practicing allyship to black, indigenous, and people of color communities. Coaching sessions with Iris can also include virtual bodywork using breath, sound, and movement to support the body to take new actions. Iris is Senior Director of Coaching & Collaboration at RCF, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified Somatic Coach through Strozzi Institute.

“Coaching with Iris was really therapeutic and connected my past with my present.  It showed me I can change the trajectory of my future.  I feel stronger and more confident as a leader now.” – coaching participant
