Meet Paula Stewart

Placeholder

Paula Stewart (she/her) has a heart for people who have been left out and unseen and her passion is coaching African American mothers. Paula is a mother by childbirth, a foster parent and an adoptive parent.  Her lived experience was key in facilitating foster parent, adoptive and kinship parents with Chabot College for 29 years. She was trained in Coaching for Community Transformation with the Early Connection SAMHSA Grant Program. She also coached with the Community Coaching Learning Community for three years and facilitated Beyond Consequences Logic and Control for five years with the Casey Foster Care Foundation. Paula says, “Coaching has provided me with the opportunity to heal and grow. I desire all of the people in low-income housing and underserved communities to heal and grow, to know that they deserve to know their authentic selves and understand their power and strength. Coaching supports them to understand themselves, learn to love themselves, and take flight.”

weekdays at 11am and 1pm-7pm Pacific Time
