ERAP

Ensuring Opportunity & RCF Connects want to make sure that the benefits of ERAP reach the most marginalized communities through targeted and multi-lingual outreach, application assistance, and housing stability services.
That’s why we are calling all NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, CHURCHES and COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS assisting folks in Contra Costa County to submit their RFP. Through the new Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), over $100 million in federal funds have been designated for rent and utility assistance to keep Contra Costa County residents stably housed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
RCF Connects is evaluating RFP applications on a rolling basis as we receive them. If your organization can help folks of Contra Costa receive Emergency Rental Assistance, we invite you to learn more here and submit an application today!
Grantees

Our goal with this funding is to engage trusted organizations with deep ties in low-income, immigrant, and BIPOC communities, providing funding to support outreach to Contra Costa residents who can most benefit from ERAP rental assistance funds. We want to make sure that the benefits of ERAP reach the most marginalized communities through targeted and multi-lingual outreach, application assistance, and housing stability services. RCF Connects and Ensuring Opportunity are happy to announce that these community organizations are recipients of ERAP funding to do this valuable work.
