Eleanor A. Smith, Eleanor A. Smith & Associates

Amidst widespread anxiety around federal policy changes, it is more important than ever for nonprofit organizations to be clear about what they do best and focus efforts on achieving tangible social impact goals. Other keys to success include routine tracking of program data and accurate reporting on progress. This workshop teaches the survival skills of defining measurable program outcomes and how to use a logic model to connect the dots from your activities to target long-term outcomes. We will touch on simple methods of collecting and analyzing program data within available resources and best practices for reporting to stakeholders.

Join other leaders to learn about strategic uses of measurable outcomes and practice creating a simple logic model. Take-aways include a worksheet for completing a logic model with your team and a list of readily available resources to learn more. This workshop is especially effective when executive and program staff attend together.
