The Contra Costa Housing Security Fund is a county-wide community fund that covers costs that can prevent many people, including seniors, veterans and families, from getting back into housing. It also protects participating property owners who offer these screened renters an opportunity.  Access to the funds is provided through Contra Costa Continuum of Care homeless service providers.  Funds have begun being disbursed by the Contra Costa Crisis Center in early 2017.
